Railway undertakings service quality reports according to EC Regulation 1371/2007 Art. 28
According to the Rail passenger's right regulation, you will find all the annual quality report produced by the Railway Undertakings.
Art 28.2. Railway undertakings shall monitor their own performance as reflected in the service quality standards. Railway undertakings shall each year publish a report on their service quality performance together with their annual report. The reports on service quality performance shall be published on the Internet website of the railway undertakings. In addition, these reports shall be made available in ERADIS.
