Spoorwegnet (Stb.2003,264) artikel 32 eerste lid, artikel 33 eerste en vierde lid, Besluit bedrijfsvergunning en veiligheidsattest hoofdspoorwegen (Stb.2004.661) de artikelen 15,16 eerste en tweede lid en 19.
De Inspectie verlengt het VA deel A+B NL12 2009 2060 ambtshalve tot 1 januari 2014. De Inspectie verstrekt voor deze verlenging geen nieuw VA deel A+B, maar zal verlening wel realiseren in het systeem ERADIS.
